Delivery Information

Print magazine subscriptions will either start with the next available issue or the issue you selected at the checkout. Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered at the same time it is available in the shops (or sooner) it is possible on some occasions it may be unavoidably delayed. If this is the case, we would ask that you please allow an extra 5 days for delivery before contacting us. Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the UK takes up to 15 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

For a digital subscriptions, as soon as your subscription has been confirmed by an confirmation email, you will be able to access the latest issue. From that point onwards, you will receive all future issues as long as your subscription remains active. Please note that you will not be able to access any of the issues that came out prior to the start of your subscription.

Outside of the UK - Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organizations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the UK takes up to 15 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays)

If you purchase a subscription which has a gift included, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the gift, which is sent under separate cover from the magazine. If you bought the subscription as a gift for someone else, any gifts will be delivered to you, the purchaser. We are currently unable to send gifts direct to the magazine recipient.

Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. Please note that if your gift subscription comes with a welcome gift, the welcome gift will be sent to you to give to the recipient or to keep for yourself.

Print subscriptions: When you place your print order, you will be able to choose the start issue in the checkout and the expected delivery date will be shown.

Digital subscriptions will be accessible on the day of purchase. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive further instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

Print + Digital subscriptions: The digital magazine will be accessible on the day of purchase and the print magazine will start from the start date you select in the checkout. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive further instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

As standard with our digital subscriptions, you will receive:

Yes – every issue of the magazine and all content is published in what we call ‘device-optimised templates’ on both our app and this website. This means that, no matter the size of the screen you use, your magazine will be easy to read.

The app gives you the best of both worlds! You can either enjoy your digital magazine in old-fashioned ‘magazine view’, which is basically a PDF replica of your print magazine, OR you can read it in optimised template format. - We call this ‘digital-view’ mode.

On the app, when you’re reading the magazine in digital-view mode, you’ll see a header bar at the top of each article. Here you’ll be able to:

  • Select audio mode and listen to the magazine being read to you
  • Select the size of text you find easiest to read
  • Bookmark features you want to quickly return to
  • Switch to ‘dark mode’ to make it easier to read your content
