Delivery Information

When will my first issue arrive?

Print subscriptions will either start with the next available issue or the issue you selected at the checkout. Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered at the same time it is available in the shops (or sooner) it is possible on some occasions it may be unavoidably delayed. If this is the case, we would ask that you please allow an extra 5 days for delivery before contacting us. Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the UK takes up to 15 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

For digital memberships, as soon as your order has been confirmed by an confirmation email, you will be able to access the latest issue. From that point onwards, you will receive all future issues as long as your membership remains active.

How long does it take for print magazines to arrive (outside of the United Kingdom)?

Outside of the UK - Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organizations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Delivery of print magazines to subscribers outside of the UK takes up to 15 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays)

Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. Please note that if your gift subscription comes with a welcome gift, the welcome gift will be sent to you to give to the recipient or to keep for yourself.

Which issue will my subscription start from?/When will my first magazine arrive?

Print subscriptions: When you place your print order, you will be able to choose the start issue in the checkout and the expected delivery date will be shown.

Digital subscriptions will be accessible on the day of purchase. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive further instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

Print + Digital subscriptions: The digital magazine will be accessible on the day of purchase and the print magazine will start from the start date you select in the checkout. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive further instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

How will I find out about rewards, competitions and access to content?

Currently, digital subscription rewards can ONLY be accessed via the app. So please install the app on your phone or tablet.

All information regarding rewards, bespoke competitions and access to content will be available in the app and via email.

Is the app optimised for use on smartphones?

Yes – every issue of the magazine and all content is published in what we call ‘device-optimised templates’ on our app. This means that no matter the size of the screen you use, your magazine will be easy to read.

What additional features does the app offer over a print magazine?

The app gives you the best of both worlds! You can either enjoy your digital magazine in old-fashioned ‘magazine view’, which is basically a PDF replica of your print magazine, OR you can read it in optimised template format. - We call this ‘digital-view’ mode.

On the app, when you’re reading the magazine in digital-view mode, you’ll see a header bar at the top of each article. Here you’ll be able to:

Select audio mode and listen to the magazine being read to you
Select the size of text you find easiest to read
Bookmark features you want to quickly return to
