Digital memberships will start as soon as your subscription has been confirmed by an confirmation email, you will be able to access the latest issue. From that point onwards, you will receive all future issues as long as your subscription remains active.
If you purchase a membership which has a gift included, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the gift, which is sent under separate cover from the magazine. If you bought the subscription as a gift for someone else, any gifts will be delivered to you, the purchaser. We are currently unable to send gifts direct to the magazine recipient.
Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. Please note that if your gift subscription comes with a welcome gift, the welcome gift will be sent to you to give to the recipient or to keep for yourself.
The first thing you'll need to do is wait for your order acknowledgement email that contains the details of the app you need to download and your customer number. Once you have received this email, you can use the links provided to download your app and then create an account. If you have any problems with the app links provided in the email, please follow the instructions below.

Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. Once you have subscribed, you will receive information on how to access your digital magazine, this information will need to passed onto the recipient.
If you paid for your subscription as a one-off payment by using either your credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Whether you are taking a subscription out for yourself or as a gift, nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires.

Please note that the latest digital issue may not become available on the same day and/or at the same time as the print copy. We aim to go live on the same day the print version appears in the shops. Occasionally some titles go live in advance of this, but usually only by a day or two.
