Land Rover Owner March 2022
Can you still have fun with a cheap Land Rover? We reckon so, as we take a bargain-basement Freelander 1 and a Discovery 3, together with some trick recovery gear, to an off-road site – that turned out to be more wet and slippery than we had expected. If you’re more into older Land Rovers, we’ve a fabulous 80-inch Series I rebuilt by a teenager, as well as a weird Santana Forward Control Double Cab, plus ex-military Land Rovers in Australia’s National Military Vehicle Museum. Back to more modern stuff, how about a lifted Range Rover L322? It stands head and shoulders above the rest, literally. And we’ve got an adventure in Greece, greenlaning in Surrey, how to fit a spare wheel carrier, how to look after the Active Cornering Enhancement system, pages of new products and loads of your workshop questions answered.
