Do you accept returns if the train does not suit my set up or arrives damaged?
If you would like to return your purchase because you have changed your mind, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging. Kindly note that the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

How soon after placing an order will I receive my train?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, but we please allow up to 28 days for delivery to include time for fulfilment.

What happens once I've purchased a model train?
You will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your payment and order was successful, then your order will be processed and posted out. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
How soon will my Model Train order be dispatched?
These are usually despatched within 48 hours of order being processed (card being debited) subject to stock availability.

Orders weighing under 2Kg. Normally despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually delivered within two to three working days).

What is the returns policy for model trains?
If you wish to return your purchase because you have changed your mind you have 14 days in which to do this.
