Single print issues and special edition orders will be processed and delivered within 2-5 days for customers within the UK and up to 10 working days for customers outside of the UK. In most cases we will deliver your item much quicker but have allowed for weekends and bank holidays.
Single digital issues can be accessed within 24 hours. Shortly after purchase you will receive an email acknowledgment that will include all the details you need on how to download your issue onto your device.

The first thing you'll need to do is wait for your order acknowledgement email that contains the details of the app you need to download and your customer number. Once you have received this email, you can use the links provided to download your app and then create an account. If you have any problems with the app links provided in the email, please follow the instructions below.
