Standard Terms and Conditions for Great Magazines E-Vouchers

An E-Voucher is and shall remain the property of Bauer Media, parent company to www.greatmagazines.co.uk. The right to use an E-Voucher is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred, copied, reproduced, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system without the prior written permission of Bauer Media. It is prohibited to distribute or circulate E-Vouchers without the written approval of Bauer Media.

Bauer Media do reserve the right to withdraw or cancel an E-Voucher for any reason at any time.

Using E-Vouchers

E-Vouchers can only be used online at www.greatmagazines.co.uk subject to these general terms and conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of an E-Voucher. E-Vouchers are not redeemable through any website owned or operated by Bauer Media other than www.greatmagazines.co.uk.

To use your E-Voucher you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout during the purchase process. This will also confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

The E-Voucher will be valid for single use only and may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or E-Voucher.

Security and Fraud

When you use an E-Voucher you warrant to Bauer Media  that you are the duly authorised recipient of the E-Voucher and that you are using it in good faith.

If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of an E-Voucher to obtain discounts which you or a third party are not entitled to you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

If we reasonably believe that any E-Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any E-Voucher and you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Bauer Media reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

Limitation and Liability

All offers are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

UK offers only. Minimum 12 month subscription term. This e-voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other money off voucher offered by Bauer Media. This offer is not redeemable against any existing subscriptions held. Selected magazines may not be available for this offer. Only one GreatMagazines.co.uk voucher may be used per subscription purchased.

Bauer Media shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any E-Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an E-Voucher for any reason.

The failure of Bauer Media to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. Bauer Media reserves its rights in respect of these terms and conditions at all times.
