Greatmagazines.co.uk enables customers to pay by credit and debit card for both UK orders and credit card payments outside the UK. We also offer UK customers the opportunity to pay in convenient instalments by Direct Debit.

> At the start of your subscription

Subscriptions will start with the next available issue which may take up to six weeks to arrive. You will be informed by email exactly which issue your subscription will start with.

> Gift delivery

If you purchase an offer which has a gift included, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the gift, which is sent under separate cover from the magazine. If you bought the subscription as a gift for someone else, any gifts will be delivered to you, the purchaser. We are unable to send gifts direct to the magazine recipient. We reserve the right to substitute the gift advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes a gift with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limit has been exceeded. Please check the terms and conditions of the specific offer at the time of ordering. However all other discounts on the subscription price remain applicable. Please note that due to high costs of delivery most gifts are not available to subscribers living outside the UK – see the relevant offer page for details.

Some of our offers are available to new subscribers only. With these offers the gift will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of your gift. Please note you cannot renew on offers only available to new subscribers, the reason you cannot renew on this offer is because you will not receive the gift until your first payment for this offer is taken. Therefore depending on when any existing subscription ends this will be longer than the 28 workings days stated above and the gift will not be available.

> Credit/Debit Card offers

Credit/Debit Card offers are usually for a minimum period of 12 months. If the offer period is different than the offer period / number of issues will be shown on the offer page.

> Direct Debit offers

We ask that you enter into a Direct Debit agreement with the intention that your subscription will continue for a minimum period of 12 months, even if the frequency of payment is for a shorter period (for example, quarterly). Once a Direct Debit Agreement is completed and accepted, it remains active until cancelled. This means that we will continue to take the payment due until the Agreement is cancelled by you at your bank and/or with ourselves. Unless we change any information on the Direct Debit schedule (term, claim date or payment) we will not send a reminder the next payment is due. Once a payment has been collected, no refund will be made and any cancellation will be from the next claim date of the payment. You have the right to cancel your Direct Debit in accordance with Direct Debit Guarantee below. If you do cancel, you will receive only the issues you have already paid for. If a gift is included as part of the subscription offer we reserve the right to request the return of the gift in the event of an early cancellation of the subscription.

> Direct Debit trial offers

Some Direct Debit offers have a reduced price for a trial period. This will be for a variable number of issues depending upon the magazine. The issues you receive during this trial period are covered by your first Direct Debit payment. Should you decide that you do not wish to continue with the subscription you will need to cancel the Direct Debit payment immediately after the first payment has been taken. However, once the 2nd payment has been claimed from your bank account the subscription will be for a minimum of 12 months in duration, even if the frequency of payment is for a shorter period (for example, quarterly). Once a Direct Debit Agreement is completed, it remains active until cancelled. This means that we will continue to take the payment due until the Agreement is cancelled by you at your bank and/or with ourselves. Unless we change any information on the Direct Debit schedule (term, claim date or payment) we will not send a reminder the next payment is due. > Digital Edition Only

Digital only magazine subscriptions will start with the current issue. The minimum term is 12 months. Prices quoted include VAT (where applicable). If you have paid by direct debit we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days’ notice of any such price increase.

If you cancel your subscription you will be able to continue to download the issues you have paid for. You will also be able to access all previous digital issues starting from the beginning of your digital magazine subscription. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

> Digital & Print Package (new subscriber)

Your print and digital magazine subscription term will start with the next available print issue. In addition we will allow you to download the current digital issue for free, in order to ensure you don’t miss out. The minimum term is 12 months. Prices quoted include delivery charges and VAT* (the VAT is only applicable to the digital magazine). If you are purchasing a package, a proportion of the price paid (usually £5-£10) relates to the digital product within your package subscription. If you have paid by direct debit we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days’ notice of any such price increase. As this is a package offer any cancellation will affect both your print and digital magazines.

If you cancel your subscription you will be able to continue to download the issues you have paid for. You will also be able to access all previous digital issues starting from the beginning of your digital magazine subscription. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

> Digital Upgrade (existing subscriber who already has print)

Your digital edition will start with the current issue. The minimum term is 12 months. Prices quoted include delivery charges and VAT (the VAT is only applicable to the digital magazine). If you have paid by direct debit we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days’ notice of any such price increase. As an existing print subscriber you will have to pay separately for your digital magazine.

If you cancel your print subscription your digital subscription will cease. You will not be refunded the payment for your digital subscription but you will still receive those issues which remain on your print subscription payment term and you will also be able to download the digital issues to the end of this term. You will also be able to access all previous digital issues starting from the beginning of your digital magazine subscription.

If you cancel your digital subscription your print subscription will continue.

> Digital Edition Subscribers – Free Trial – (Existing Subscribers)

As an existing print subscriber you are entitled to a free digital trial on your tablet or mobile device. The trial will usually be 3 issues for monthly publications and 6 issues for weekly titles. The digital issues you receive during this trial period are free. As the trial comes to an end we will contact you to invite you to upgrade your print sub to take advantage of both print and digital on-going. After you have downloaded your last free issue your free trial will cease. Only one trial is permitted per print subscriber per brand and you must have a minimum number of 3 issues left on your print subscription (monthlies); and 8 issues or more remaining on weekly print subscriptions. If you cancel your print subscription your digital trial your digital subscription will also cease. By entering into this trial you agree that Bauer Media Group (the publisher) can keep you up-to-date by email with fantastic offers and promotions. We promise that you can unsubscribe at any time if you don't find them interesting and you'll only get messages about things that we've chosen especially for you from ourselves and our network of great partners whose products and services we think you'll enjoy.

> Overseas Gifts

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the subscription price. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the subscription fee.

> £10 off a second subscription promotion

Subscriptions included in this promotion are £10 less than the Basic Annual Rate (BAR) of the magazine. This rate is the price you would pay if you bought every issue from the newsstand or shops. For example, if Golf World magazine is £4.20 per issue and there are 13 issues in a year. The BAR is therefore £54.60. This rate is registered with the ABC.

> The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Bauer Consumer Media Ltd (owner of Greatmagazines.co.uk and publisher of all the magazines on this site) will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Bauer Consumer Media Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Bauer Consumer Media Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Bauer Consumer Media Ltd asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

> Payment Methods Accepted

We accept debit/credit cards, cheques and direct debit payments on all UK orders. Please note prices may vary depending on the payment method. We accept debit/credit card and sterling cheque payments on all orders from overseas. Please note that we are unable to accept international money orders. > Cancellation & Refunds Policy
