What if my magazine issue doesn't arrive?
Please be aware that certain factors, most usually adverse weather conditions, can affect the delivery of your magazine. Even if weather in your area is not impacted, your magazine may be if it is distributed from an affected area. If such weather conditions do occur we ask that you please allow an extra 5 days for delivery. Please be aware that on such occasions we also experience increased volumes of calls and e-mails into our Customer Services Centre. Unfortunately this may result in increased waiting times. If we become aware of any potential delivery delays we will send out an e-mail to all affected subscribers informing them of the delay. If you wish to receive advance warning of any delays please ensure we have your up-to-date e-mail address. For more details on how to do this please see FAQ How do I update my email address?

How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address at Subscriber Services.Click ‘change my details’, select your magazine and log in using your subscriber number and surname . Once logged in Click ‘change my details’ and add/amend your email address, remembering to tick ‘change my details immediately’. Where can i find my subscriber number?
Your subscriber number may be up to 10 numbers, possibly with zeros at the beginning. If there are any letters appended to the number, please ignore them. The number will appear on your magazine address label or polythene wrapping and any other correspondence you may have received from us.
If you can't find your subscription number anywhere, please contact us.

How will you acknowledge my magazine subscription order?
An email acknowledgement of your magazine subscription order will be sent to you almost immediately once you place your order. This will confirm to you the details of what you have bought, the address or addresses to which the issues will be sent, your subscriber number and details of when the subscription will start and end.

If I'm giving a magazine subscription as a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?
Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an electronic gift card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. If you have ordered a Magazine Gift Subscription Pack, this will be sent to you to give to the recipient.

How secure are my credit card details?
All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.

How do I renew my magazine subscription?
Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires. You can either subscribe at www.greatmagazines.co.uk/renew or complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or call our Credit Card hotline on UK - 0844 543 8008, International - +44 (0) 1858 438866. Please note if you pay by Direct Debit you do not need to renew your subscription as your contract will continue until you cancel it with ourselves and your bank.

How do I change my address?
You can notify us of a change of address online by visiting greatmagazines.co.uk/subscriberservices. Alternatively you can write to the Subscription Department, Tower House, Sovereign Park, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9EF, UK or call UK - 0844 543 8008, International - +44 (0) 1858 438866. You may also contact us here.

What if a magazine arrives damaged?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on UK - 0844 543 8008, International - +44 (0) 1858 438866 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside the United Kingdom?
Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe - 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11/15 days.

What is the price in USD$?
Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.

What is the £10 off a second subscription promotion?
Subscriptions included in this promotion are £10 less then the Basic Annual Rate (BAR) of the magazine. This rate is the price you would pay if you bought every issue from the newsstand or shops. For example, Golf World magazine is £4.20 per issue and there are 13 issues in a year. The BAR is therefore £54.60. This rate is registered with the ABC.

I have a Greatmagazines E-voucher code. How do I use it?
You will be required to enter an E-Voucher unique code at the online checkout during the purchase process. E-Vouchers can only be used online at www.greatmagazines.co.uk and are subject to these general terms and conditions.

What is my customer number?
Your customer number will either be 10 or 12 digits long. e.g. 010000950302 or 0000950302. This can be found on the piece of paper containing your address label, which you receive with your magazine.

What is a back issue?
A back issue is a past issue of a magazine. If you have not received an issue or are missing one, you can order a back issue.
